   I created Twentyeleven child theme and activated. It is working for other modification, but except for the header and logo. How can I adjust header image and logo up?

   You will need to start adding CSS to your child's stylesheet to over-ride the parent's CSS. I'd recommend using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS work.

   Please suggest CSS codes to over-ride it for my questions.
   How about using on server's cPanel, instead of Firebug add-on, as I unlike
   install too much things on my PC.

   I'm sorry but it is beyond the scope of these forums to deal with basic CSS issues. Try a dedicated CSS resource such as http://www.css-discuss.org/ instead. In the meantime, using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS work.
