How to move from TypePad to WordPress

    I wish to move my TypePad blog to WordPress. I have imported my TypePad posts into a file which I can upload to WordPress. How do I move the images from TypePad to WordPress? Is there any easy way, tool or application? Could anyone also please tell me about Dreamhost and Bluehost? Thank you.
