How to move alternative sidebar ABOVE the content on mobile devices

    On mobile screens we need to put the left sidebar (the alternative or secondary sidebar) ABOVE the content (right below the header and navigation menus) instead of at the far bottom (below the content and primary sidebar).

    We use the Genesis child theme Pro News with two sidebars (sidebar-content-sidebar) on posts. We are looking for a simple way to place the content in the left sidebar ABOVE the content on phones and smaller tablets.

    Would anyone happen to have any suggestions?
