custom field code: how do I modify this code to add more fields?

I am new to php
can anyone help me with the following. It is code for my template functions.php file. It places a custom field on the new post page with an image upload button. It runs exactly how I want it but I need to change it to upload 4 images instead of one. I am sure this is simple but I have no idea how to change it.
