How to migrate from HTML to WP keeping domain name and 'juice'

    I currently have an HTML website.
    I want to migrate that site to WordPress.
    I want to keep the same domain name and to keep the high search engine recognition/juice.
    I would like to change the domain registrar for that domain name (at some point) but that’s not crucial.
    I want to keep the current site up/available while I get through this process (just to confuse things a little more.)
    What are the chances of all that happening and allowing me to maintain some semblance of sanity?
