How to Mass/Bulk Change Custom Fields Name (Not Value)?? (1 post)

Today I changed my theme from Arthemia Free to Arthemia Premium, and now I am having a problem with thumbnail images. With posts in Arthemia Free the Custom Field Name was "Image" and the image Value was "wp-content/uploads/year/month/"imagenamehere".jpg".

Past themes I've used for this blog over the last few years have all had different Name values, but it didn't really matter. But this new theme pulls random posts onto the homepage, and now all these blank thumbnails are out for the world to see. Also, when I uploaded Arthemia Premium, all my Custom Field Name values for recent posts (using Arthemia Free) have changed themselves to "articleimg" from the "Image" they used to be. The image values for "Image" have been erased and are now listed under "articleimg".

What I would like to know is how can change the Custom Field Name of my hundreds of posts, without having to change each post individually? I don't want to change the image value, just make sure the name for all of them is "Image". That would fix this, right? I uploaded a couple of plugins (Mass Custom Fields Manager & Bulk Edit Custom Field Plugin) but couldn't get either one to work.

Thanks in advance for your help!
