Use your ftp client and upload to whatever directory you choose. i.e. images/news, images/sport and so on...

    Thanks for the quick reply!

I have made earlier a few directorys in the directory images. But this give me two problems:

1.) You see al the images from al your (image)directorys if you browse like one big directory.
2.) You must used your ftp-progam and then go to the backend of WordPress.

On joomla i have a mediamanager, for uploading and select a directory for the photo to put in. Is there a plugin for WordPress that can do the same thing? So that i can browse in a directory for a photo or directly upload a photo in a directory...

There are a few image plugins available, some work in gallery formats, others help with uploading. It's probably easiest though if you just do a search for yourself as you know what will suit you best.
