    Dear Caroline

    I'm very new here and start to work on this only 5 days.
    Thank you for creating such a fantastically successful website.
    I love it so much!

    Here I have some thing want to do, but i read all the support threads and even tried a 1000 times to change CSS by Firebuy, it didn't change at all.

    1. How to make the logo image clear and bigger, not only shows after mouse pass by.?

    2. How to show all the text clear. ( now is not clear specially the text in article
    )?

    3. How to add a background image in the main page( under all the circle artwork)?

    4. Can I make all the circle in different color but not only gray? ( It's seems a little bit sad of the homepage)

    5. How can I delete the bottom sentence and change to my website address?

    Do I need to buy this theme then i can change all that? I would love to pay for this, but didn't find any way.

    Please kindly to teach me.

    Here is my link: http://www.specialting.com

    Thank you so much

    Ting

    Hi there! Thank you, really glad you're enjoying the theme.

    Most of your questions have been answered in previous support topics:
    http://wordpress.org/support/theme/spun

    Removing opacity on the text, changing colors of the circles, changing the size of the header image, making the background image appear underneath the circles -- all of these are covered, I believe.

    This theme is free, as is basic support, but the number of customizations you require goes a bit beyond basic support. If you're not comfortable working on these yourself, I recommend posting on http://jobs.wordpress.net -- lots of freelancers there who are looking for projects like this. It's also possible another forum volunteer can help you out.

    Thanks again, and good luck!

    I went to change opacity but there are so many opacity things in the code - which specific one do I change? I'm not sure how the numbers read either - thanks - any help appreciated!

    You don't change the theme's files.
    If you want to make a CSS change, you do so by creating a new style through a Child Theme style.css file or Custom CSS plugin.

    That's an important bit of information! Thank-you! So when I create the child theme ( I will figure that out) what code am I putting in there? I have no idea!

    I don't know, you haven't specified what opacity you want and what you want it applied to.

    All menus and sidebars at an opacity where they can be seen but not dominating the layout - does that make sense? I suppose I can play with the opacity once I know how it works. How do the numbers work in the code? Thanks Andrew - you're a really big help. :)

    Sorry, that doesn't really explain what opacity you want. Do you want opaqueness? Half transparency? Full transparency?

    Look up this tutorial on CSS opacity if you want to play first.

    about 60 % opaqueness! I'll look up the tutorial thanks.

    Try adding this CSS for the top menu;

    #masthead {
     opacity: .6;
    }

    I can't see a sidebar on the theme's demo website. May you provide a link to the webpage with it?

    I don't know about the sidebar, I just assumed I could put some in - but it's probably better without them - so I'll add the the above code into a child theme - Thanks!
