   hello,
   I am working on a magazine like site...
   each month there is an issue...
   i used tags as issues.. (the tags are: issue1, issue2,issue3 ..etc)
   basically, i want the home page to be a tag page...
   moreover, i prefer the home page to show the newest tag which has published posts...

   i hope that can be done via theme function.php file...

   and another question... I want the tag page to show all the posts taged with this tag (no limit)...
