   After i create WordPress Multisite like this :

   subdomainA.mywebsite.com
   subdomainB.mywebsite.com
   subdomainZ.mywebsite.com

   I want to create sub blog/ sub site (or Multisite in Multisite) like

   subdomainA.mywebsite.com/subsite-car
   subdomainA.mywebsite.com/subsite-mobile

   As i know WordPress Multisite can create only 1 level multisite (subdomian or subfolder) but can't create deep multisite again inside some subdomain or subfolder.

   If you have some solution please let me know.

   /sub-domain-mapping-failed-to-open-stream-on-line-21?replies=26

   You can also use a MultiNetwork plugin to make subsites off your subsites :)

   Thanks Ipstenu, for your suggestion. I try to search multinetwork plugin but i found old plugin that not update. Please let me know about link of multi network plugin that work ok.
