    Dear WP Support Forum.

I've installed and set my working wp blog on my root folder:

    http://www.mysite.com

When I write a blog post, with permalink, this is published as follow:

    http://www.mysite.com/05/09/2008/new-post/

I would like every blog post to be published on one of my custom pages, rather that in the root folder.

For example in the page BLOG

So that my blog post, with permalink, this is published as follow:

    http://www.mysite.com/blog/05/09/2008/new-post/

This way, the root folder would be a sort of an Home Page and the blog posts would be on page /blog.

    Is that possible?

    Regards

Just get into your admin > Settings > Reading and start learning!

You need 2 Pages created and published before you go there, e.g. Home and Blog. Levae the Blog Page empty; you can put any welcome text in Home.

Select the Home as your "frontpage" and Blog as your "posts page".
    Done.
