   I've seen a couple of wordpress sites with a navigation bar that's floats. When I scroll down the site, the bar will get with me.

   How can I do this?

   Hard to say for sure without seeing a site you're referring to, but that might be fixed positioning -- see:

   http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_positioning.asp

   But these forums only support themes from the repository on this site, so for more specific help, you'll need to ask the vendor/developer of your theme.
