   I am waiting for someone to help me with "How to make my wp blog open content travel guide" or please someone knows where i can get help with building this site with small fee?
   I am using WP 2.9.1

   I need to fix my site
   and build this site http://www.admatravel.com.

   Make a mirror site and make a doorway pages of http://www.fastcashforex.com to a new domain i bought under same topic.

   Wouldn't the easiest way to make it an "open content" site just set the default permissions for users to contributer or author?

   take a look at WordPress MU or WordPress 3.0 for multi user blog sites.
