   Is it possible to make http:// link clickable? I'm tired of entering <a href tag on every link :-( I want something like we type http://www.wordpress.org and it's just automically hypered for us. If the URL is too long it can make it short e.g. http://www.wordpress.org/forum/blah...

   Out of curiosity...

   Have you noticed the link button right above the post editor? If you're using the wysiwyg editor, it looks like a little chain link icon. There's certainly no need to be typing <a href....

   If you're not using the wysiwyg, it's the "link" button.

   Regardless of which, type the text, select the text, click the link button, enter the link.

   I don't use wysiwyg editor but I've found the plugin which able to make the links clickable :-)
