• I have a theme installed that is supposed to be adaptable to mobile users. However, when someone goes to my site from a mobile device, it goes to the default WP mobile screen. How do I make the “full-site” the default option when viewing from a smartphone or tablet?

  • That depends on how the mobile view is being created. Is it from your theme? Ask them. A plugin? Ask them. Your host may also be spitting out a mobile view for mobile users. If it’s none of the above, then it’s that as WordPress core does not provide a mobile view. Please do not confuse a mobile view with a Responsive Theme.

    Hello imnotbeezy, chance you could solve the problem?, because I am having the same problem right now and this is the only place on the internet that talks about this problem, I would appreciate some help with this because I’ve been looking for a solution for weeks.

    @mao8a87 – this is totally dependent on the theme you are using and how your site is set up. Not likely that your site is identical to anyone else’s. I’d suggest you read this:
