How to make forms in wordpress? (7 posts)

Im interested in making a form with radio buttons and a submit button.

I've tried several plugins with no luck, and every time i try to use basic form code in WordPress i get weird formatting problems.

All i want to do is create a form with radio buttons, that gives the visitor options. Depending on which button they select, when they push submit, i want it to send them to a different website.

What's the simplest way to do this in wordpress?

Cforms II is an excellent plugin, did you already give this one a shot?

    Indeed i did try Cforms2 It's a great plugin but there's 1 problem that i'm having.

I want the submit button to send someone to a url, not just say "thank you for the comment".

    know what i mean?

Thanks for your help, and any more you can lend :-)

Found these links that may be useful:

I checked my own install to see if there is an option for doing this and I wasn't able to locate any.

I'd strongly suggest posting your question to the delicious days website.
