   I need help to figure out how to show my comments immediatly, without having to click on the comment link. Does anyone know how to do this?

   In your admin panel, Settings -> Discussion

   There you could manipulate your comments' predefined behavior.

   You mean you want your comments to appear under each post on the page? Are you sure you want to do that? It could get long and messy.

   yes, i want them to appear, we monitor them daily so we can keep it under if we need to. thank you

   I checked in the discussion settings, was there a particular setting that allows the comments to be shown?

   You'd have to edit your theme, wouldn't you, to make the index page show comments like that...
