   umm some time ago I was able to do something in the settings to make an url clickable everytime I publish a post or entry.

   But I forgot. How to convert this written link into a clickable link...

   I see that my links are blue that means you can click on it, but in another blog I made, it's still black... that means you'll have to copy and paste the link on the address bar. I searched everywhere and I can't find it, even here too T_T

   When you create/edit post in the Admin area, while using the visual editor, highlight where you want to insert the url, then look up the link button, click on it and add the insert the link.
