How to make an online e-newspaper?

Hi All,
I want to create my own newspaper online looking exactly as like as the hard-copy of the newspaper. For example,

Please someone advice me, how should I start. Do I need to create my WordPress theme for this?
Or is there any theme exists in WordPress?
