How to make an author category menu without a submit button (with valid XHTML!)

    Hi please help me on how to create a dropdown menu for authors. Where in if I choose a particular author from the dropdown the post of that selected author will appear. Just like an archive dropdown menu but this time it would be authors. Thanks and I appreciate in advance for all of your help.
