how to make all sites appear at contributors ?

    I have installed wordpress 3 with multisite.and i have added some sites(installed in subdirectories).But,these sites appear only at the admin dashboard,and at contributors dashboard only the main site appears.how to make all sites appear at contributor dashboard,so that they can write for the sites they wish?
