   Im really new to wordpress but i easily figure howto make a general blog but what if i want to make a blog like one of these

   http://www.seopedia.org
   How do i go about making such blogs..please help!

   You can do this by reading the wordpress codex to understand how wordpress works and reading innumerable sites in order to learn HTML, CSS and a bit PHP (you can start here).

   Probably more to the point:

   1. Install WordPress
   2. Then hunt around for a theme you can download. With a good theme you can more or less plug-n-play, and then you can learn more about the stuff Evita mentions by making tweaks to the design.

   Installing themes is generally very easy.
