Hello, I have had some difficulty figuring this out. I am using the pro version of Sugar and Spice and I have googled to NO end and struggled to find plugins that would help me.
    my website is http://www.eatthegood.com
I am in the process of finishing it all up.
I would like my "recipes" page in my menu header to link to all my posts with the tag "recipes". I made a sample post with that tag so that I could do that. but I don't know how to make it work. I tried this plugin: http://www.mywebdeveloperblog.com/development/wordpress/posts-for-page-wordpress-plugin
doesn't seem to do the job. I would appreciate some help.. thank you!

From the admin dashboard, go to Appearance > Menus.

If you do not see a Tags section on the left, click the gray Screen Options tab in the upper right corner of the screen. Find the box labeled Tags and check it.

You should now have a Tags section on the left. Mark the recipes tag and click the Add to Menu button.

You should now have a menu item called recipes in the menu section, which you can drag & drop to position it. You can also rename it by clicking the drop-down triangle to the right of the item and typing something in the Navigation Label field. Remember to take out your existing Recipes menu item.

Save the menu, and then clicking on that menu item should display a page that lists posts which have the recipes tag.

I just tried that, and it did not work... do you think it is a problem due to the way the theme was created?
