I would like to make a page into a sub-domain, so that it is not listed in the page/menu bar, but only visble when it's link is clicked.

Is this possible or am I being too ambitious?

You could redirect the page to a subdomain for sure. But if it's not listed in the page/menu bar, where are you going to link it?
    P.S. wordpress - extend - plugin - redirect

From a hyperlink in another page, so the sub domain page only appears when the link is clicked.

"From a hyperlink in another page" is different from "make a page into a subdomain". So if it's just a link in another page, then I would see no problems at all just linking to that subdomain. You won't even need to use a redirect plugin for that.

Ok,that's understandable, the only thing is how easily could I make the sub-domain have the same layout as my main blog pages?

Depends on what your website will be running on in your subdomain. If website is in HTML, just copy the "page source" of your blog page, make some adjustments and add the style.css to the HTML and you've got a template. In any web application though, it's important to know about basic HTML and CSS.

I wanna create subdomain for my site: http://www.studyguide.com.vn as http://school.studyguide.com.vn, how can I create? In my host or is it possible to create with a wordpress plugin? Is there any harmfulness when we create a subdomain with a wordpress plugin?
    Thank you very much
