I would like to make a new tab that redirects to my free forum. However, the only way I know how to make a tab is by adding a page, and then it prompts me to fill out the page, but I only want the link at the top which redirects to my forum. Thanks for the help!

You can add static links to your menus if you are using WordPress 3.0 and a theme that supports nav menus such as twentyten.
Do you know what theme you are currently using?
