How to make a form for Payment which charges only to a specific category?

    Hi,

    I’m creating a Conference Website.

    I have some requirements to fulfill. I need to create a form, which asks us to select all that apply category and by checking the respective categories, only the categories which we mention in the back end should be charged and we should accept payment from that category only and other categories are allowed for free registration.

    Lets say for example, there are three categories check-box:
    1. Low Income
    2. Medium Income
    3. High Income

    I want to charge only the people with High Income and people with Low and Medium Income are allowed to attend the conference free.

    Now how do I make this kind of form and How do I manage to check this type of validation? Also how to merge this kind of form with Payment Gateway?

    Any plugin? Any code?

    I hope I am clear with my issue. Any help will be appreciated.
