   Is there a plugin or something that I can make a custom header from the Responsive theme?. Something I can put a phone number and some keywords for seo.

   This website is what I refer to. It is on a Twenty Eleven theme but I would think it could be done in responsive...I hope

   I meant if what is being done in the link which is in Twenty Eleven theme, can be done in the Responsive theme.

   Yes, you can pretty much modify any theme however you want. But you'll need to have a Child Theme set up to do so.

   Lucky for you, Responsive Theme has a dedicated support forum here:

   http://themeid.com/help/

   And Emil also provides a child theme which is available on that site as well.
