How to make a comment box visible for a sticky post on the main page?

    Hi Everyone,

    I want visitors to leave a comment of my sticky post right from the main page.

    i can’t figure out a way to make the comment box visible (just for that post) on the main page of my blog.

    if possible i would like to be able to set the width and the heaigh of the comment box to be more harmonious (but this is optional).
