How to login to make edits?

    I am able to view my blog on my domain (the default – http://aprilmgeer.com/wordpress/), but don’t know how to login to begin working on it… install.php didn’t trigger any kind of login/pw prompt, not sure why and not sure how else to proceed without this info…
    Any help is much appreciated!
