I am not very good with html to say the least, I am using the AndyBlue 1.5 theme and I am trying to lock the dimensions so that I can add a better header. My problem is that I do not really know how to do either. Anyone have any suggestions or help?

There are thousands of WordPress themes - which means that many people won't be familiar with your particular theme. So a link to your site where people can see the theme might result in more responses.
