    Hi,

    I'm looking for a way to list my registered users on my website by group including an avatar and with 3 or 4 in a row instead of listing them all underneath eachtother.

    So far i've been browsing the internet for many ours, but couldn't find a sollution yet.

    I'm already using the plugin 'user lists' to list my users. That works, but only in a wat the are positioned underneath eachother in a list.

    I'm also using the plugin 'user groups' to add my users to one or more groups.

    The only problem still is that i still don't have a clue how to filter mij userlist per group.

    Is there anyone who can help me with build in a filter for that? And is there anyone who can tell me how to change the view of the list, so they won't be appearing underneath eachother, but in tiles of 3 or 4 per row next to eachother?

    Thank you very much in advance!

    Hey @bvstrien,

    Check out the get_users function: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_users

    As far as listing them 3 or 4 in a row, you could do that with CSS using something along this lines:

    .column {
      width: 33%;
      float: left;
    }

    Hi Allen,

    Thanx! I'll take a look at that. Do you also know how to list my users in groups?

    Hey bvstrien,

    Just for clarification, are you wanting to do something like this:

    Subscribers

    • User 1
    • User 2

    Contributor

    • User 1
    • User 2

    Thanks!

    Hi Allen,

    I kinda managed to figure it out. Check this post of me with a new question i have based on what i have so far:

    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/list-users-by-username-or-surname?replies=1

    I have a list now based on new groups i made with the group-list plugin and not based on the roles:

    for example: group 1, group 2, group 3 etc.

    The users in should also be grouped in more than one group.

    So this is what i have now:

    group 1:

    user 1
    user 2
    user 3

    group 2:

    user 2
    user 4
    user 5

    group 3:

    user 4
    user 6
    user 7

    etc...

    the question have now is that they are listed by ID and not by surname or username. Do you have any idea?
