How To Link To Latest Version of a Certain Post

Bit of a specific question, hoping to get some suggestions on how I could go about the following:

Basically, I have a weekly post called “Music Monday: Gigs in Glasgow This Week”. You can view the latest edition of this post here: http://getoutglasgow.com/music-monday-gigs-in-glasgow-this-week-5/

Obviously it’s important if someone finds this post through Google (which is quite a lot of people) that they see, or can easily access, the latest version of the post. However, quite often they end up landing on a previous week.

My question is, how can I add a link to the top of non-current week posts which will somehow grab whatever the latest edition of Music Monday is and link to that? I am happy to physically add the link code to the top of each post, that’s not a problem, it’s just that I can’t possibly update every single post every single week to make sure it redirects correctly.
