   Hi everyone,

   New to WP and have done pretty well in setting it up. One thing that bugs me is how to link to a media through a Post or Page. I have looked around the documentation but this is stale because it talks about older versions.
   So How does one attach to a .pdf file or an image in a Post?
   Also some documents are discussing a 'browse tab' which I have not been able to find in Dashboard or sub-panels. Where is that ?
