How to link the tool so that it can scroll to Table of Contents instead of Top

Thanks for making this tool.

I have also installed Table of Contents Plus on my wordpress blog posts. My blog is http://www.smstoneta.com/prajaadhinbharat

As of now, on clicking the tool, it scrolls up to the top. (See example – http://smstoneta.com/prajaadhinbharat/%E0%A4%85%E0%A4%A7%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%AF%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%AF-1/)

I would like it to scroll it to the Table of Contents installed on the posts of the blog.

Please help.
