How to: Link RSS Icon to Feedburner Feed?

Is this hack:

supposed to connect the built in RSS theme on Theme Alley’s Thea Theme to a FeedBruner feed?

If so were does this hack get pasted? In Appearance – CSS? I pasted this in to a single line of CSS and the RSS icon still won’t click to my feed.
