How to Link Pages (2 posts)

    Hello everyone,

Let me see if I can explain this...I have a page that has a list of items that link to those specific pages. There's a list of about 10 different items, and what I'm trying to figure out is if there's a way of having page numbers at the bottom so that you don't always have to hit the back button to go back to the list. Maybe this will help...here's how it's set up (they're beer styles)

American Amber Ale (clicking here would link to this specific page)
    American Blonde Ale
    American Lager
    American Stout

So, let's say I click on Amber Ale and it takes me to that page...is there a way to just add some kind of "next" button or "page 2" that would take me directly to American Blonde Ale, so that I don't have to hit the back button?

Hope this made some kind of sense. Here's my site, in case my example above is not clear. Here's the page I'm referring to.

    Thank you,

    Johnny

I think you could try to use a series plugin. I could help you collate your posts automatically and create lists of posts in a specified category. You may have to have the plugin a little bit in the code to rename the word series to something else, but that is generally pretty easy to to do.

Here's a few links to some series plugins to explore:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/really-simple-series/
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/post-series/
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/organize-series/

And this blog post (http://wpmu.org/wordpress-plugins-for-writers/) is about something entirely different, it describes the usages of all three of those plugins. It'll give you an idea of how you might use one of the plugins to handle your situation.

I'd be interested to know if you find that it works for you.
