   I loaded WordPress, but there are only files "*.php" ! No "setup.exe", nothing to click and let it run !
   I have been working in Computers Maintenance and Programming between 1980 and 1996, but always a Program File to Click upon to let it run !
   I have Apache, PHP and others, and some pieces like "*.html" files to build a "localhost website" to work, but how to let run "WordPress" ?
