Those "comments" could be trackbacks if someone else is linking to your post... so they will be ok... but you have to control them and decide for yourself what is spam and whats not...

Even trackbacks can be spam. You could check the commenter's IP, and email if there is one, against various databases of known spammer activity, such as stopforumspam.com.
You will soon learn to recognize most spam on sight, they just have a certain 'look'.
