You folks are really friendly. The tool is obviously helpful. It is included in the WordPress.COM version, why not the WordPress.ORG version?
There are lots of extra available in wordpress.com sites that are not available within a WordPress download. If you're self-hosting, there is some (albeit limited) assumption that you will be able to carry out some basic tasks yourself.
