How to integrate wordpress to core php site

    On my website, root is wordpress and in sub-directory core php site.

    Now I want to integrate both wordpress and core php site.

    if your login/register to core php site it should be auto login/register to wordpress site.

    or

    Like if user login/register to wordpress it should be auto login/register in core php site.

    please help how can I do this on my site…

    And one thing more, when I include or require, wp-blog-header.php to core php site, than site redirects to home page. Please help me why this happening…
