I recently started a Digg account to help promote my blog. However, under the "blog settings," I have to submit my URL, blog username, and blog password. So I enter in the url, my wordpress username, and my wordpress password. It gives me an error saying "Please specify the password for your blog." Am I doing something wrong?
Me too getting the same error!! :(

I'm getting this same problem. I checked my server logs and I didnt see any hits from digg's servers to xmlrpc.php. I'm thinking its just a digg problem.

I recently found a crazy hack around the issue. You can read more info here:
The gist of it is that digg can post to blogger just fine. so post there. then have blogger send the post contents over email to a secret email account. Then configure wordpress to do the whole post from email thing.
Its not pretty and you have to be able to edit the wp-mail.php file to get it to work with gmail... but it does work
