I face problem to install the «French Canadiens» > version of the Theme Karma from Truetheme

Here is the answer fron an expert at WordPress.com :
«(…) my best guess is that the fr_CA.mo and fr_CA.po files are not in the right place - the error message indicates that they aren't in the expected directory, and this forum post I found seems to indicate that they should be in /wp-content/themes/[theme-directory]/, so you might want to try moving them there.»
I try all these without success. Can someone help me ?
