SEjackI have WordPress installed on a local testing server.
When I try to install themes from within the backend, it goes to the page:

To perform the requested action, WordPress needs to access your web server. Please enter your FTP credentials to proceed. If you do not remember your credentials, you should contact your web host.
Is there a way to install plugins and themes through the backend or only manually?
