Hi all
I'm a newbie to wordpress and I have been experimenting with installations on cpanel.
I installed wordpress in my root directory, then deleted it manually. ie I deleted all the folders and files installed.
Now when I try a new installation fantastico tells me there is already a script install here. How can I get over this?

Did you delete ALL the files AND folders?
There would be 3 folders(wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes) and then files as well. (index.php and a bunch of wp-*** files)
You can also use fantastico to remove wordpress I believe. If you didn't use it to remove wp, it might "think" it was still installed?
