How To Insert Image from Gallery

    I am using WordPress.com for my blogging; I do not administer my site.

    I cannot figure out how to insert an image from the gallery. I have searched on line and the page I found said something to the effect of “go to the gallery then insert like normal”. But the gallery page only has one button: “insert gallery” which inserts everything (when selected) or a much smaller version of the image I want. If I click “show” for an image in the gallery the only available button is “save changes”, not “insert”.

    How do I insert a single image stored in a page’s gallery?

    Two minutes after I ask for help, I figure it out: don’t use the gallery, use the media library.
