   I know stupid question and i am sure the answer is obvious but i am a newbie.

   How do i provide an html code for people to copy and link to my site? Each time i try i just manage to provide the link but not the actuall code in a box.

   I have searched the plugins but cannot find a solution. I hope it will look something like the link box on this website: http://hundredpushups.com/spreadtheword.html
