    Hi,

I would like to significantly increase the size of the thumbnails displayed through your fantastic related posts plugin. I found your help article on the subject (http://support.zemanta.com/customer/portal/articles/1380559), but I suspect that changing the sizes will be a little trickier since my desired thumbnail size is much bigger than the thumbnail size currently set in my media settings.

I can’t change the size of my thumbnails under media settings because other plugins are dependent upon the current size. Can I create a new, custom image size through functions.php and somehow tell the plugin to call that new size, instead?

    Thank you,
    Kate

  • Hey Kate,

thanks for reaching out – I’ll gladly help! I don’t see any problems changing those thumbnails as described in that help article. For example, I changed my thumbnails to size 350×350(px) and they turned out just fine. Here is a screenshot. You don’t need to change that “Media Settings” thumbnails size at all. Hope this helps!

Please let me know how it goes,
    Petra

Petra, I owe you a very belated thank you. Thank you! The resized thumbnails are working great.

Glad to hear it Kate – happy blogging! 🙂
