    How do I put the Information of the Theme into my 'About' Page? I tried doing variables, but when i put them into the header (declaration of variables) or even the page.php file itself, it won't show (I used echo $layoutinfo)

    Include this at the very top of your style.css:

    /*
    Theme Name: Theme name here
    URL: http://yoursite.com
    Description: Small description of your layout
    Author: Your name here

    */

    I hope this has helped! :)

    Isn't that the info you have to place in the css file? It displays in the WordPress presentation thing, I have a feeling though that this person is asking to display that same information in his page? Viewable to the public?

    I could be wrong though, I'm planning on doing that for my site, but I haven't looked into yet. I'll post again here when I do.
