How to include a external PHP files?

    Is WP allow user include a external PHP files?
    I see something like:
    <script src="<?php bloginfo('stylesheet_directory'); ?>/js/theme.js"></script>
    so I modify as below:
    <? include("".bloginfo('stylesheet_directory')."/js/myphp.php"); ?>
    But it alart failed to open stream. The php file is in the same folder as the js file.
