   Export from Blogger > Settings > Basic > Download Blog

   Use the converter here http://blogger2wordpress.appspot.com/

   In WordPress got to Tools > Import > WordPress and import the converted file

   Add a new plugin > SEO Blogger to WordPress then Download Images
